QUOTABLES:
“Becoming her, for me, is about being cautious, more conscious, and more awake. And I don’t think the journey ever ends.” - Ludmila Woodruff
“When we get rid of perfection and do things the right way, I want you to notice –  becoming her for me. I think many of you,  need to be attuned to yourself as a woman, not only in your head, because that part you have figured out in many aspects; but also in your body, in your sensuality.” - Ludmila Woodruff

This podcast continues to open my eyes to growth opportunities in my interpersonal relationships, and more importantly the self-love / boundaries that I struggle to create. Episodes help me discover where my work is in a loving way. It’s worth listening to on repeat on my commute and then again when I can take notes and share with others (including my kids). I have not had the opportunity to work with Ludmila… yet.
She offers a way to reframe the practice of healing and self love as a journey. It makes sense in a way that a lot of podcasters can’t. She really makes me want to try one on one coaching and I’ve always been a therapy girl, highly recommend you listen.
As a mental health professional, attachment theory is not a new concept for me. Ludmila’s approach to outlining how attachment impacts our view of self and relationships was thoughtfully articulated. Her ability to connect with the listener and share valuable insights demonstrates her strong skillset as a coach and mentor.
Absolutely love this podcast - the work Ludmila does is so meaningful, deep, important, and working with her will change your life! She has helped me heal and overcome many limiting beliefs and I’ve learned so much in my time working with her and knowing her ♥️ This podcast is a gift - thank you Ludmila ♥️
