After climbing the corporate ladder for 30+ years, I’ve learned the importance of leading with integrity, purpose, and compassion. Over the last 10 years, I became the first African-American on the executive leadership team at Porsche North America, launched my internationally bestselling book, “Hard Workers Work Hard, and Networkers Move Up!,” and am proud to serve as Chair of the Board of Directors for Caring For Others, an international non-profit organization that strives to eradicate poverty.

In 2020, I co-founded Sister Diamonds LLC with the help of my incredible partner and Wonder Twin, Dr. Nicole LaBeach. Now, I am proud to continue growing our organization and empowering successful women to achieve their FULL potentials.
