Charles faced an injury just two weeks before his opportunity to race in the 2009 World Championships and was told by doctors to throw in the towel. It was that very race that he didn't give up on where he placed second and was named the 6th fastest man in the world.

Absolutely loved this episode! My takeaway from this episode basically confirms what I already knew to be true. We only have one person to blame for where we are- ourselves! Changing your life requires you to take personal accountability. Period. I appreciate you giving it to us straight, Jessica!
Jessica podcast is a MUST listen to for sure !!!! Its very inspiring and very motivating!! My favorite episode was the one about supporting your spouse( which I listened to with my husband) but it really helped me and my husband understand each other goals and how important it is to always support each other no matter .
