Defining Success and Ditching The Super Woman Cape with Dr. Keita Joy

Join in on this episode for the answer we've ALL been searching for! Myself and fellow FSU alumni, Dr. Keita Joy, discuss the truth about work life balance for career driven and entrepreneur women. She even invites women to understand that men don't roam the earth these days searching for work/life balance.

Dr. Joy highlights that the most important part of finding a balance is first defining success on your own terms and not comparing your goals to others.

We discuss navigating through different seasons of life, identifying our rocks, and how certain seasons cant include everything and everyone. Dr. Joy stresses that women take off the super woman cape and own that we cant do this alone.

Note: You may find yourself adjusting the volume on this episode as my MIC seems to need some QT from me.

Listening to this episode made me view a lot of things different. As humans we sometime need the motivation form others or just this inspiring words. Or sometimes we just need to hear someone else story. Listening to both Jessica and Chris story gave me the motivation I needed to get back in my grind and do what I feel so patiently about. I would suggest if you have listened to her podcast that you start doing so! Keep up the good work girl! ๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿ˜˜
