This podcast continues to open my eyes to growth opportunities in my interpersonal relationships, and more importantly the self-love / boundaries that I struggle to create. Episodes help me discover where my work is in a loving way. It’s worth listening to on repeat on my commute and then again when I can take notes and share with others (including my kids). I have not had the opportunity to work with Ludmila… yet.

Ludmilla is truly amazing. She knows what we struggle with as wives, mothers, friends, business owners etc. she has a way of helping us see and understand why we think and behave the way we do so we can bring our guard down and improve all aspects of our lives.
