Trusting your DopenessRich In Real Life

Trusting your Dopeness

Trust is EVERYTHING in a relationship they tell us. But what about the trust we have in our decisions, in our choices, with our faith that we will succeed, and even in the mistakes we make? It feels dangerous sometimes to be ourselves around certain people, but the problem is that those people are not the ones to blame. We must learn to trust ourselves and the way we handle “Not so hot” situations.

I realized recently that the main symptom to us not trusting others is the lack in our ability to trust ourselves. Today we talk about why we don’t trust ourselves, how to discover when we don’t, and steps to rebuild our self-trust similar to how we rebuild trust in relationships with others.

To think that any women or even sometimes men feel like they are legit going nuts from thinking “ this is it ?! It can’t be “. Wanting more for yourself doesn’t mean your ungrateful and that is exactly what I needed to hear ! This is simply golden, thank you so much for pouring to us. Looking forward to continuing hearing more of your podcasts.XoxoJessica C.
