Ebonee Davis Ifeobu has spearheaded Bridgestone America's diversity, equity and inclusion annual report, which benchmarks the company's progress in promoting these areas.

The executive has also championed more inclusive benefits such as expanded parental leave and transgender support.

Ebonee Davis Ifeobu and her team's efforts inspired Bridgestone's Europe, Middle East, India and Africa business unit to create its own diversity, equity and inclusion annual report.

Bridgestone Americas has expanded alliances within the community, sponsoring organizations such as National Society of Black Engineers, Women in Technology and Society of Women Engineers, to educate employees about diversity, equity and inclusion activities.

Ebonee Davis Ifeobu said she is passionate about serving in groups that create this culture of belonging.
