In one of my truest forms, I got real on my recent 15 min episode regarding some stupid things I've done. The reality of those mistakes is they happened and they will happen again. What I have discovered is that everyone I surround myself with has forgiven me for each and everyone one of those ridiculous mistakes, but I still struggle with forgiving myself.
That 5 letter word dragging us all down is the word GUILT.
