My ideal project leverages my skill and passion for communication, technology, marketing, growth hacking and IMPACT. As an Enneagram 1, I believe in integrity and the pursuit of perfection, but as a creative storyteller, I honor the role that adaptability and timing play in any initiative, and never run from a challenge.
I am naturally curious, and motivated by efficiency. Plus, I’m good in a crisis (for all you Scandal fans, I’ve always considered myself to be the “Olivia Pope” of marketers). I embrace new opportunities and consistently outperform my individual and team goals. I thrive in an environment where I am given the tools, the team and the time to execute at the highest level, but I enjoy getting into the weeds and helping overcome obstacles, when it serves the highest and best good for the outcome.
(Additionally, I’m a mom of two beautiful girls, a fitness professional, a triathlete and an Aaron Sorkin-superfan.)
In recent years, I am most proud of the work I have done to identify, implement and execute the right technology systems and training for various business needs and outcomes. Recently, that skill has been showcased as I successfully led the launch of a new mobile app, which required product management, product marketing and the successful deployment to nearly 40,000 active members and communication to more than 400,000 segmented and diverse marketing contacts.
With all of that, you might think that I run from teams or projects that embrace experimentation. Nothing could be further from the truth! My experience with start-ups and agile team energizes me and inspires me to help bridge the gap between vision and execution, and I thrive under pressure (and even a little chaos). My time in television news -- where things were anything but predictable -- taught me to plan well and throw it all out at the last moment.
In marketing, doing the right thing, at the right moment, is always the right call.
