In September 2023, I joined Allspring Global Investments as President, and I will soon be a member of its Board of Directors. My focus is on the strategy and execution of Allspring's transformation as a leading independent asset manager, and I provide strategic guidance to drive growth and an elevated client experience.

I was previously Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of AllianceBerstein. Prior to that, I was Head of Bernstein Private Wealth, Chief Administrative Officer, and head of Human Capital and Chief Talent Officer.

I have more than two decades of financial services and consulting industry experience and served in many roles at AllianceBernstein: Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Managing Director overseeing institutional sales teams in the Midwest, New York and Canada. Prior to AllianceBernstein, I led client cross-divisional organizational development programs at A.T. Kearney.

Recognitions include being named to American Banker’s 100 Most Powerful Women in Banking and Finance, Nashville Post’s 2021 Most Powerful Women in Nashville, and Markets Media’s 2021 Positive Impact Award, recognizing “a woman who not only excels at her day job but goes above and beyond in terms of giving back and making a difference.” I have been featured in the following publications: Institutional Investor, FundFire, Ignites, Insider, Financial Planning, and Oprah Magazine.
