As a Master Business Strategist and Coach, Felicia has more than two decades of experience in advising senior leaders with municipalities, corporations and non-profits in developing and implementing innovative strategies, programs and training that create economic impact for both their organization and small business enterprises.
Felicia is a member of The Forbes Coaches Council and serves as a Master Guide Facilitator for trainings and workshops to increase learning, productivity and promote collaboration. She has been featured in The Huffington Post, Atlanta Journal & Constitution, Black Enterprise, CBS Better Mornings, FOX, BET and many other media outlets.
Felicia has had the pleasure of working with Georgia State University’s Andrew Young School of Policy, The Small Business Administration, Delta Air Lines, IKEA, Wells Fargo, The Urban League of Greater Atlanta’s Entrepreneurship Center, Fulton County, City of Atlanta, The Environmental Protection Agency, and many other organizations. In 2011, Felicia was awarded The Phoenix Award by City of Atlanta Mayor, Kasim Reed for her commitment to sustainability. Her award winning agency is the recipient of the 2019 Class I Regional Supplier of the Year by the National Minority Supplier Diversity Council (NMSCD) and the 2018 Class I Supplier of the Year for the Georgia Minority Supplier Diversity Council (GMSDC).
